Terms and Conditions

By choosing The Little Sugar Shoppe to create your delicious treats, you agree to the following:

· A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your order. Until this amount has been cleared by the bank, your date is not secured and The Little Sugar Shoppe reserves the right to take another booking over yours. 

· The remaining 50% balance of your order must be paid seven (7) days before your order is due to be picked up. 

· Where a cancellation needs to be made, The Little Sugar Shoppe reserves the right to keep any and all monies that have already been spent on your order, including labour costs. If your order is cancelled less than 48 hours before pick up date, The Little Sugar Shoppe reserves the right to keep the full cost of your order. 

· You agree to pick your order up from The Little Sugar Shoppe at the negotiated 30 minute time slot. LATE FEES will apply to all orders twenty (20) minutes after your time slot has passed, charged at $10 for every 30minutes passed time. 

· The Little Sugar Shoppe retains the right to any and all photography and videography of your order taken of your cake before it is picked up. The Little Sugar Shoppe is free to do what it wishes with this media including, but not limited to, sharing on social media and entering into third party competitions. 

· The Little Sugar Shoppe retains artistic ownership of the design of your cake.

· As cake can be affected by a variety of factors that cannot always be mitigated, such as the weather, The Little Sugar Shoppe reserves the right to alter agreed upon designs as it sees fit to ensure a quality product is delivered. Where these changes occur, The Little Sugar Shoppe will not provide any refunds, partial or otherwise. 

· Dietary Requirements. The Little Sugar Shoppe is happy to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible. However, purchases and consumers must be aware that the Little Sugar Shoppe is a home bakery where a variety of foods are prepared using a variety of methods. The Little Sugar Shoppe can therefore not guarantee that traces of unwanted products will not end up in your order. It is the responsibility of the consumer and purchaser to assess the risk in consuming products from The Little Sugar Shoppe. The Little Sugar Shoppe does NOT accept any liability relating to or regarding dietary requirements, including food allergies or intolerances. 

· Once an order leaves the premises of The Little Sugar Shoppe, The Little Sugar Shoppe is no longer liable for any damage that may occur to the order. Customers should ensure they follow the care instructions provided to reduce any risk of damage to their order. 

· The Little Sugar Shoppe does not provide refunds, partial or otherwise.
